Because all of our treats are freshly made-to-order, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we are committed to making things right if there is ever an issue with your order.
❌ No Refunds on:

Custom or pre-made baked goods

Pre-recorded class access or digital downloads

Missed local delivery or incorrect address submissions

Delayed shipments caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)
✅ We May Offer:

Store credit or partial refund for damaged or incorrect orders (with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery)

Replacement item when possible, if the mistake was on our end

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
